Native American Headdress Ban at Bass Coast Festival

Bass Coast Festival in British Columbia has banned Native American warbonnet headdresses by the event organizer who said that the feathered fashion faux pas is disrespectful and won’t be allowed. Canada's A Tribe Called Red who are performing at the festival have also spoken out on the issue. Pharrell Williams and the Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne have also apologized for using the war bonnets.
