I had the pleasure to meet and chat with the visionary Stephen Brooks. Since 1995, Stephen has been active member in the environmental movement in Costa Rica. He founded and co-founded Envision Festival, the Punta Mona Center for Regenerative Design & Botanical Studies, La Ecovilla and many other projects.

He inspire us with enthusiasm while explaining the importance of holding on to a vision, what does it mean to be successful and design the world of our dreams. As a macro-manager entrepreneur, we also touch topics as managing big groups and what qualities to consider when choosing the right person to collaborate with.

My favorite part of the interview is Envision Festival, Feb 23-26. Its a gather of likeminded people with similar dreams. A great place to get together and find your tribe.
