Lightning in a Bottle Bakersfield, 2019. BV Lake is closed for the Lightning in a Bottle festival starting Wednesday and ending Sunday. We captured some footage of the Festival getting the final touches. This will be a MEGA event in Bakersfield like no other. Over 25,000 people will be in attendance for the ultimate non-stop rave party. All of these people are the workers putting together the event, not the attendees. They have litterally built a miniture city at BV Lake. Tickets might still be available. A 4-day pass is around $250. 1 day can be bought for $135. Camping is $85.
